UNITED STATES RETURNS

If you need to return your order, please use the contact us tool or email us at HELP@TRELLISLANEDESIGNS.COM and write a detailed description including your order number, the Item number and why you need to return. You will then be contacted via e-mail with a Return Authorization Number. Trellis Lane will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization (RA). Once you have a valid RA#, kindly include the original invoice, as well as any bonus gifts with purchase in the return box. The Customer is responsible for sending the package back. Trellis Lane is not responsible for lost returned packages, and strongly recommends you track your package.

LATE RETURNS

We can only accept returnable merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after this period cannot be accepted and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and won’t be able to issue your merchandise credit or refund.

"Damaged Merchandise"

We hope the package you receive is exactly what you wanted. If you believe a product was shipped in error from Trellis Lane, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, we want to help! Merchandise that arrives to the customer damaged will be either refunded or exchanged at no additional cost to the customer (including return shipping). Upon receiving any defective or damaged merchandise, the customer should contact Help@trellislanedesigns.com, or use the 'Contact Us' page at the bottom of the home page.

"Returns of Undamaged Merchandise"

You may return undamaged merchandise within 10 days of receipt for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. All refunds or store credits will be issued after the returned merchandise is received at trellislanedesigns.com. We are not responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return/exchange of non-defective merchandise. We strongly suggest tracking your package. Contact Help@trellislanedesigns.com to receive a Return Authorization number.

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification from Trellis Lane when we receive and process your return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 20 business days for your return to be processed. Did you nab a bonus gift with a purchase that did not work out? Please send back the bonus gift with your return, or your refund will be adjusted for the retail price of the gift.

JEWELRY

Please be sure to include any boxes or packaging that came with your purchase. The jewelry/accessory arrived with a tag and/or security tag attached directly to the item. Those tags need to be left un-tampered with and must still be attached or you will not be refunded.

OUR QUALITY PROMISE

We at Trellis Lane strive to purchase the highest quality of costume and fashion forward jewelry and accessories, however, just like everything else - they will not last forever. These tips will help you maintain and prolong the life of your beautiful Jewelry: store it in a cool, dark place. Do not leave it in direct sunlight. Do not use chemicals, perfumes, lotions/oil and antibacterial gels while wearing the jewelry. Natural wear and tear will happen and this will not be a a reason for return. We hope you will love and cherish your Trellis Lane baubles.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

We will note in the product description online as well as on the invoice copy that arrives with the shipment which items are FINAL SALE. Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Trellis Lane honors a one-time sale price adjustment on full-priced merchandise within FIVE days of the retail purchase. Sale price adjustments do not include any limited-time promotions such as the Trellis Lane Daily Flash Sale Crush and does not include discount codes and/or gift with purchase offers. To obtain a price adjustment, please send us an email at HELP@TRELLISLANEDESIGNS.COM within the FIVE day window. Include your order number and the item of concern in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we will give you Trellis Lane Credit for the difference that will be added to your account. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments. Items purchased with gift cards are eligible for price adjustments.
